We're Alexandra Balkova and Ionut Iordachescu. We met in 2019 when Alexandra, as part of Startup Wise Guys, invested in Ringy — Ionut's startup. She's spent 10+ years in VC, working with hundreds of early-stage founders across Europe. He's still building Ringy, named one of Europe's fastest-growing startups by Sifted in 2025.

We built this tool because we kept seeing the same question from first-time founders: “where do I even start?” This is our answer — a realistic starting point before you walk into your first investor conversation. The 1:1 support is us, directly.
